Hi, I’m Jenn
And I draw inspiration from the ambiguous, undefined space between points A and B.
My grandparents built pillow forts to keep me from wandering a kid... which I would repeatedly knock down. Many years later my demand for what else took me to other countries and different careers, expanding my capacity for empathy. In university, I learned how to shape that drive into controlled, chaotic painting where my mentor and artist Walter Gaudnek pushed me to see past what is to design what could be.
Now, six years into my design career, I welcome ambiguity through research and co-creation. Collaborating on insights, sense-making through mapping, failing fast, getting quick feedback, then striving for steep growth allows me to build engaging and impactful experiences for users who need them most.
Currently Sr. Service Designer at Chase
